Entrepreneur David Spencer-Percival and his wife Bonita - a stylist, costume designer and former dancer - come from two very different worlds. When it came to acquiring, developing and designing their Ibiza property however, they shared a single vision. They never faltered. It absolutely had to be a finca in the countryside, it didn’t need to be big or luxurious but it did need to have soul and character - elements both owners possess in droves.
